There is more than one way to get into and stay in shape. Just about every way involves a combination of diet and exercise, so I decided to share secrets that I learned as a competitive bodybuilder, cancer survivor and a myriad of other fitness related experiences — many of which are my own concoctions. I share tricks and tips I’ve used for years that are how I keep myself in shape — even as I turn 55 tomorrow. Yes, I can say it out loud!
