Stop complaining, repeating bad habits and then maybe, just maybe, you can have the body you know is buried under layers of accumulated fat. And do it now!</p>
<h3>Get Moving</h3>

<p>You want to be fit, but do you really believe you can ever be in great shape? If you don&#8217;t believe it and want it, you can never have it. Sorry, just the way it is. You must have faith in yourself and realize that you are  a member of the most advanced species on this planet. You have an amazing brain inside your pretty head, so use it!</p>

<p>Every time someone gives up on themselves and resumes bad eating and starts their day with exercise excuses, I want to scream like a giant angry head. Your body is made to move and be fueled with real food. So do it now!</p>
<h3>Eat less &amp; healthier</h3>
<p>Yes, you will need to cut back on seconds, heaping helpings, and sugary, salty and fatty foods. You can do it! Use smaller plates, portion out your food ahead of time, shop healthfully, cook at home, avoid fast foods, shun sodas and other useless non-foods. Take charge of your eating, and not just for a few weeks.</p>
<h3>Stick with it</h3>
<p>In other words, if you really want to make a change to one of fitness and health, then push through your excuses and don&#8217;t give up. Allow yourself only positive motivating thoughts, and stay that way all year and for the rest of your life. it&#8217;s your choice!</p>

<p>Fitness or fatness! Skinny jeans or fat pants! Long or short life!</p>

<p>So let me speak out loud! YAY! I just had a hysterectomy. I feel as female as ever! I am free of so many fears. I would do it all over again.</p>

<p>Sesame is the master living and breathing for one thing &#8212; food. Some say this is  because he was neutered last year, which freed him of all his manly cat ways. But those who live with him, such as the Round Lady, know his thoughts are  consumed with eating his next meal or treat.</p>

1 cup oats<br />
2 cups water<br />
1 banana smashed<br />
1 apple diced<br />
1/3 cup raisins<br />
1/3 cup sliced almonds<br />
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<br />
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br />
1 Sprinkle brown sugar<br />
1/4 cup milk</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
Add all oats, water, banana, apples and raisins, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg, and let boil for 1 minute. Plate in a bowl, add milk, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Enjoy this hearty, health, extra Round breakfast.</p>

<p>Fresh fruit can turn an ordinary adult beverage into a tasty drink worthy of calling a snack&#8211;even a healthy Round snack&#8211;okay let&#8217;s call it healthier&#8211;after all liqueur is not really considered healthy.</p>
<p>That is why it is good to know that it is what you do most of the time, not some of the time that matters most.</p>
<h3>And now for the recipes</h3>
<p>Enjoy the Round Lady&#8217;s original fruity cocktails, as  shown in the latest  Citrus-Tini&#8217;s &#8212; refreshingly tasty video.</p>
<h3>Tangerine Citrus-Tini</h3>
<address>(Serves two)</address>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
2 tangerines<br />
1 orange<br />
1 Meyers lemon (orange variety (or use an extra tangerine)<br />
1/4 pear<br />
2 ounces vodka<br />
1 sprig fresh mint leaves</p>
<p><strong><a rel="attachment wp-att-7810" href="http://roundorama.com/?attachment_id=7810"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-7810" title="citrustini ingredients" src="http://roundorama.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/citrustini-ingredients-224x300.jpg" alt="" width="224" height="300" /></a>Directions</strong><br />
Squeeze juice from 2 tangerines, 1 orange and 1 orange Meyers lemon (or use an extra tangerine). Add ice in shaker, 3/4 full, then add juice, and vodka. Shake mixture, put 3 pear strips in each chilled martini glasses, and pour drink. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.</p>
<p>For a taller, more fruity single version of the Citrus-Tini, double the citrus, omit one ounce of vodka, pour into a bigger glass, and double up the pear strips.</p>

<p>This drink is for tequila lovers. As with the vodka version, you can make a taller drink by doubling the citrus, omitting one ounce of tequila, pouring into a bigger glass, and doubling up the pear strips.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
2 tangerines<br />
1 orange<br />
1 lime<br />
1/3 to 1/2 pear<br />
2 ounces tequila<br />
1 sprig fresh mint leaves</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
Squeeze juice from 2 tangerines, 1 orange and 1 lime. Add ice in shaker, 3/4 full, then add juice, and tequila. Shake mixture, add 5 to 7 pear strips in chilled wine glass, and pour drink. Optional: add ice to drink. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.</p>

<p>These  are the ingredients I used to build my sandwich. You can follow my lead  or build your own as breaking bad implies. Break as bad as you desire,  knowing it&#8217;s what you eat most of the time, not some of the time that  matters most.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Any pretty rolls</li>
<li>Munster cheese</li>
<li>Smoked cheddar</li>
<li>Cream cheese</li>
<li>Sliced ham</li>
<li>Sliced avocados</li>
<li>Sliced tomato</li>
<li>Sliced cucumber</li>
<li>Radicchio</li>
<li>Baby spinach</li>
<li>Sliced red onion</li>
<li>Slivered green onion</li>
<li>Sliced radishes</li>
<li>Fresh mint leaves left whole or torn</li>
<li>Mayonnaise</li>
<li>Dijon mustard</li>
<li>Wooden skewers</li>
<li>Dressing: 2 parts olive oil, 1 part rice wine vinegar, 1 part lemon juice</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong> Layer the wet ingredients, then the cheese and add the rest in any  order. place the top on the bottom, pierce the sandwich with two skewers  from top to bottom, and slice in half. Remove skewers, and serve with  the beverage of your choice.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Biscuits cut into halves</li>
<li>Bacon (pork or ham)</li>
<li>1 fried egg per biscuit</li>
<li>Extra pretty mint sprigs</li>
<li>Same as above</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong> Layer mustard, cream cheese, Munster and cheddar and broil for 30 to 45  seconds. Remove from broiler and place on plates or platter. Add the  other ingredients, top one side with a fried egg, and garnish with  springs of mint leaves and green onions. Serve warm with the beverage of  your choice.</p>
