Why Semi-Round?
The muffin mix comes in a box, which is not a Round shape. Sometimes willpower does not cut the cake when trying to keep yourself from eating foods that are high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats. Most of the time it helps to have some tricks to call upon!
Here are 4 ways to help keep you on track and away from fat pants:
Remove all high fat-foodsfrom your kitchen and workplace. The idea is to make sure these addictive, unhealthy items are not so easily accessible and stuffed into your mouth.
Make a healthy food shopping listand stick to it. This will keep you from being tempted to buy the array of food-like substances sitting not so innocently on the shelves.
Find ways to lower stress. By doing this you can help eliminate this common trigger of overeating and live a longer and more healthful life.
Stay away from all-you-can-eatbuffets and dining eateries that promote endless gluttony. This way you have a fighting chance at avoiding the obvious torture of trying, yet likely failing, to turn away a second, third or forth heaping helping of way too much food.
You don’t need to have a big stretched out stomach. Nobody is forcing you to eat more than your stomach should hold. You can have a flatter stomach, and here’s how.
Ever wonder if that creamy Starbucks Frappuccino or any other coffee concoction might be stretching out your fat cells?
Wonder no longer!
Fancy creamy coffee drinks are usually made with whole milk and sugary-sweetened shots. And when you give a thumbs up to a topping of whipped cream, you can expect to swallow a heap of calories equal to a slice of chocolate cake–adding between 250 to 700 or more fat-filled calories to your daily dietary intake. In other words, by making this a habit, you’ll be layering new inches to your ever-expanding, shape-shifting body.

To Drink up or to Drink Down
This chart shows you the most fat-filled, body-fattening coffee drinks, along with the healthiest coffee drink options that are sure to shrink your fat cells, or at the very least keep them from expanding and screaming for larger pants—also known as the dreaded pair of “Fat Pants.”
Eat fewer calories and reduce your chances of buying a larger-sized wardrobe by asking for extra nonfat foam so you can enjoy a creamy, fat-free, whipped-cream-like feel on your coffee drink.
Everybody has there own answer and no answer is better than another. Know that the answer goes beyond your love of any particular food, such as French fries or ice-cream. Instead, dig deep, write it down, and investigate what it is about your life that feels unsatisfying, such as a relationship, job, or any unfulfilled aspect of your life. Those answers will lead to why you are masking feelings with food.
Why do I want to lose weight?
There are many reasons you may want to lose weight, but it’s the long-term ones that will lead to success. Figure out if you want to just fit into a slinky dress for an upcoming event, or if you want to be fit for life because you care about the health of your body and want to enjoy life to the fullest. If you just want a temporary cuter butt, well that is what you will get. Instead, imagine what you want for the big picture of your life. Otherwise, like a yo-yo or bouncy ball, you will forever be in an unsettling cycle of up and down fitness and fatness, rather than being able to enjoy a stable everyday life of health and happiness.
Why can’t I maintain a healthy weight?
Unveil any sabotaging tricks you might be playing upon yourself that keep you from maintaining a fit body. Likely there are triggers that quietly send you down an overeating path, and if you don’t identify them prior to starting a healthy diet plan, well, you may never fully enjoy endless days of looking and feeling slim and fit.
Don’t Be Scared, Be diet Prepared!
Prepare yourself for diet success by finding your own personal answers, and then plaster them in your mind like syrup on pancakes! Post them on your bathroom mirror, tell your family and friends, and feel the freedom from within that comes with accepting your dieting foibles. Allow yourself to be the healthy person who fits easily into your dream-size jeans–and hold onto those thoughts—everyday–as if your life depends upon it–which it does.
Once you are prepared with your answers, start eating healthy and getting the exercise your body deserves! Your every cell will love you for it!
1–Eat less! The truth is–abs happen in the kitchen. The trick is to eat fewer calories. You will then lose body fat, which will reveal the abs you likely already have. So eat smaller portions, and eat as healthy and Round as possible.
2–Do aerobics! This is all to burn fat, to remove it from your abs. Aerobics means any exercise or activity that gets you sweaty, like running, jogging, skating, swimming, and rebounding, jumping–20 to 60 minutes a day–5 or 6 days a week.
3–Eat whole foods! These are natural real foods, rather than processed foods that come in a box or gab. The best way to eat whole foods is to only eat what you prepare. Grocery shop healthfully, and then get in your kitchen–fake foods not allowed!
4–Get a spray tan and a bikini! If you are on a quest for abs, you are likely going to want to show them off–so heads up. A tan will bring out your abs and your muscles in general, all by adding that finishing touch on your fit body. If you do tan it up in a swim suit–take a picture!
5–Stand up straight! Remember to also suck it in. This will lengthen and strengthen your body–especially around your abs. It will give you energy and make you feel in charge of your body. You are likely to feel happier and stronger, so you may need to find something else to complain about in the future.
Recents studies show that if you are looking to shed extra pounds, you should find ways to be keep stress at a minimum, be happier and get more sleep. Turns out that not doing all those things can hinder weight loss even when cutting back on calories.
How much sleep is enough?
The goal is to get enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning and stay awake and alert throughout the day. Most people should aim for around seven to eight hours of quality sleep every night.
For the whole healthy picture, you must eat well, be active, not smoke, sleep enough, control stress, find happiness in your everyday, be positive and believe that you can change the health of your body.
Recent Sleep Studies say
Researchers speculate that if you are sleeping less or more than recommended and if your stress levels are high, you will not be able to focus on making behavioral changes.
Here’s some findings that came out of recent studies:
51% of people in Wales get six or fewer hours sleep a night.
15% of couples roll together because of a dip in their bed.
64% report waking with neck and back ache.
Beds deteriorate as much as 70% over 10 years, according to industry research.
Tiredness affects our physical and emotional health.
Humans evolved to do certain things at certain times of day.
Snoring, which can be a sign of obstructive sleep apnoea, affects 4% of people.
Sleepers pass through five stages: one, two, three and four and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep several times a night.
The last two stages are the deepest sleep which those with obstructive sleep apnoea may never get. Not getting them can make you feel constantly tired.
The New Equation
In other words! Relax! Be happy! Get sleep! Eat healthy! Exercise! Lose weight!
